So, In my latest attempt to lose weight, I decided to do two things, #intermittentfasting and #caloriecounting at the same time. This seems to be working fine. I usually don't have breakfast, so it wasn't hard to eat later in the day, but it was difficult to stop eating right after dinner 🤦♂️ combined with limited calories and it gets even more difficult. Three weeks later, I already lost 5kg 💪. #fitness #healthy
There's much to be said for stretching.
When we do so with our body, we keep it moving, limber, able to perform well and easily.
So also with our mind. When we reach out and touch new thoughts, balance for a moment and see how they feel, lean this way and that, we remain supple, agile, flexible.
