Guadeloupe has beautiful beaches and lots of historic sites. It belongs to France, so they speak French and use the Euro. Don't worry. Tourism is big here and many speak English. Some vendors even accept US dollars.

These coastal trees have been hanging onto the rocks for years, as the wind has bent them into a permanent bow towards the earth.

Bent trees stand resiliently along a rocky shoreline, leaning towards the vibrant blue sea under a cloudy sky. The blend of the intricate tree branches and the wavy ocean creates a dynamic scene.

This piece is mixed media which includes my painting of the sea on canvas and hand drawn ether digital art.

I had a moment of awe kayaking tonight. I went by Platja Bogatell for 1st time in a kayak. The views were breathtaking. Sagrada Familia, Tibidabo, Torre Agbar, the bronze sculpture from ‘92 Olympics, Montjuic, Hotel Vela - all in one view.
I am biased, but Barcelona is among the most gorgeous cities in the world.
And the Centre Municipal de Vela is an amazing deal - €41/month, you can kayak or paddleboard for an hour/day.
Pic not of view, didn’t have camera.
