Anna and I maintain a somewhat complex budget workup.
This screencap from it shows our real grocery numbers.
I noticed a week ago that spending was running pretty high, and attributed it to chance. But it's not levelling off. (Yet.)
"To date" in the spreadsheet includes yesterday, June 17th. Extrapolation is to the length of this month, which is 30 days.
Assuming grocery continues not to level off, our groceries budget this month is currently projected to be 137% of last month, and 148% of the five-month running average.
We have not, as far as we know, changed our shopping habits. Certainly not intentionally.
Anyone else seeing this, or are we in trade-heavy coastal Cascadia just seeing it _first_?
