Working on a little experiment, trying to convert a Batman artwork by the skilled Max Grecke to 3D as faithfully as possible.
Instead of focusing on modeling, as I usually do, I'm putting the emphasis on transferring the texture, which takes a lot of work in Blender Texture Paint.

It's progressing nicely.
When I started this, I had barely worked with Blender's Texture Paint, as I usually prefer high-polygon sculpting with vertex painting.
So, after several hours of texture painting I saved the scene and exited Blender… Only to discover that I had forgotten to save the texture as well. 😖😖😖
Another lesson learned. 😓😅
