@killyourfm I tried that once as well, it's pretty fun to do!
I believe I also took two photos and then combined them into one that was sharp and sparkly on one side and smooth on the other (might find it on my computer and post later if you were interested :))
@killyourfm Okay so these photos of a weir were shot in October on a Nikon 1 V1 with a 30-110mm lens.
The sparkly photo needed a much shorter exposure time so you can see a bit of noise on the water and trees from the increased ISO :)
