Take a look at Starlabs Starbook 7. It's Meteor Lake based. GPU should be supported soon by #FreeBSD. Wifi works now.
They have coreboot so Intel ME is disabled. Interestingly they have designed their own chassis. It's from anodized aluminium. And the company is european - UK.
