Huge court decision today.

The Court of International Trade (#CIT) grants summary judgment against the Trump #tariffs .

“The court holds … that #IEEPA [the International Emergency Economic Powers Act] does not authorize any of the Worldwide, Retaliatory, or Trafficking Orders.”

“The challenged Tariff Orders will be vacated and their operation permanently enjoined”

I particularly enjoyed the part where the judges used the “major questions” and “nondelegation” doctrines against the administration.

The regime may not want to appeal this to #scotus.
